How are products packaged/shipped?
Products are packaged in poly bags, and shipped out in protective Purolator packs or boxes, depending on the quantity purchased. All packaging is fully recyclable to minimize its environmental impact.
How are items shipped (air, ground, etc.)?
All MIP Cares orders are shipped through Purolator’s standard ground shipping. If you select the next day option, it will be shipped by ground or air, depending on the destination.
How long are the typical shipping and delivery times?
All products ship within 24 hours (business days). The delivery time depends on the destination. The tracking information will be sent by E-mail when the order has shipped.
Can I return an item?
We will only accept returns in cases where the product(s) arrived defective or damaged. The product(s) must be in an unused and unwashed condition. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the product(s) you wish to return, and we will assist you with the return process.
Can I place a large order for a product?
Yes. If you would like to place an order for large quantities, please contact our Customer Support Team at email@example.com to confirm your requirements, and we will manage the order process from this point. If the required quantities are not available for dispatch, we will arrange for extra stock to be ordered to fulfill your requirements.
